Host School Presentation:  Stephanie Mollenkopf, first grade teacher at Caston, shares how she uses SeeSaw with her traditional and virtual students.

Coaching Focus: Consider how to strengthen professional relationships for better coaching.

Instructional Focus: We will take a deep look into establishing workshop norms in traditional, as well as, virtual ways.

Member Presentation: Jen Court, from Southwest Allen County Schools, will share ways she is building professional connections and positivity among the staff while safety precautions make it difficult to meet in person and share staff celebrations.

Coaching Focus: We will discuss the importance of modeling and share tips to hone this practice.

Instructional Focus: Spend some time considering the procedures and importance of notebook work.

November 19, 2020

Coaching Focus: Bring your best form to offer feedback to teachers. We will look at different kinds of feedback. 

Instructional Focus: Learn to listen to students in order to offer better feedback in conferences, small group meetings and minilessons.
