Aboite houses the self-contained high ability programs.  We can see some of the work that teachers are doing with a class full of high ability children.

See how assistants push into Grade 1 classrooms to help with Guided Reading groups.

4th grade teachers will share and reflect on their experience with departmentalized classrooms. This is the first year they’ve been departmentalized and will share advantages, disadvantages and answer questions.

Tier 2 and Tier 3 process for both reading and math — We will observe Tier 2 in any classroom and then what other students that pull out time of the day.

We will also tour the Minds in Motion room and hear more about they way this is used.
